Sparkle welcomed 6 beautiful pups to the world on
monday april 4
th. Her labor was a little slow to get going but she popped out pups faster as she went along. The pups are a bit small but very vigorous.

Nap time! Sparkle is a great mom, has a good milk supply, and keeps the pups very clean. I clean bedding every day but barely need to! There is never a mess or stain.
Sparkle is very protective of her pups. Unlike the rest of my girls, who have all been born here or raised here from 8 weeks, Sparkle
prefers all dogs STAY OUT of her puppy room. My girls usually welcome
packmates peeking over the whelping box and checking out puppies. Sparkle is not yet comfortable with this so the rest of the pack needs to settle with looking through the baby gate into the puppy room. While Sparkle was
pottying I let the other dogs in to check out babies- they can't wait until they are old enough to play!!
The two boys. Naked boy is very large and red boy is small so together there is quite a difference!!
The four girls are a little more similar in size

Sparkle decides to take a break after the first two pups. You would never know 4 more were coming! she looks very relaxed.
